Windows Pre-releases: Windows 11 build 22579
On March 18, 2022, Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel received Windows 11 build 22579, the 5th released build from the NI_RELEASE branch, a build of the Nickel (22H1) development semester of Windows.
This build is a lot smaller than previous builds. It includes minor changes such as the ability to rename Start menu folders and some Fluent icon updates.
This build also reverts the rollout of the new Open With dialog box, and removes the Tabs feature from File Explorer (though Tabs returned soon after this build’s release with the 22579.100 minor update)

Update:
Build 22579.100 was recently released as a test of Microsoft's servicing pipelines.
This build brings back the tabs feature in File Explorer, though you will need to use ViVeTool to enable it. Method is the same as that in build 22572.
The updated build 22563 taskbar seems to not be fully rolled out: the taskbar could revert to the old one randomly or just might not enable itself at all.
To enable it, download ViVeTool and run the following in an administrator Command Prompt:
vivetool addconfig 26008830 2
