I got them in 25140.rs_prerelease without downloading any app
One thing I hated is when you switch to a new tab for the first time the explorer blinks for a second like it was using the light theme and then goes back to dark.
you can goto stardock and get a program called groupy and it will install tabs to ANY program in windows
I don't understand why we had to wait a bloody year to get drag and drop on the taskbar
mine updated by itself, but I didn't like that the "pictures", "videos" and etc folders are gone from "This PC"

i have installed the new update but cant see the changes in file explorer how? as i have read in the changelogs the new tabswill only work for few not for everyone

it says that the 2 features are added successfully but when i restart the file explorer is still the same as it was
all you need to work on 22621.160 is type these three commands in cmd

Neither command worked on my build. No tabs, no new navigation pane.
Wrong. These codes are NOT for the beta build 22621.160 For this build the codes are different and the feature is buggy. The window often turns white and freezes a lot.
slowly windows 11 is copying mac os visuals i think !
Just to be clear, are you actually talking about the developer preview build? I am on the beta build and my update was for 22621.105, not 160 like you show. Vivetool is still not working on the beta build after this update.
If not works try the same but with this commands for vive:

The tabs hack worked on my Surface Pro 5 but not on my Surface Laptop 3. Both units have the same build number and on beta channel. I wonder what made the different results?
I have done all steps from the video correctly on this win version (only 1 difference: with opening cmd my location is C:Users<username>) and it's still not working
successfully updated today..but new file explorer features are not there?

Honestly, Beta Channel is more stable than the main release.
I update today but tabs dont work, even if I use vivetool
Still no new cursor?
Do you think it would be great if MS released a newly updated cursor to support Win11 modern design?
