Windows 11 PE but it's almost 95 style!

Since Windows 11 PE uses a fallback classic theme as the base for the Windows 7 Basic theme, I’ve figured out a way to change the theme (albeit partially) to a Windows 95 design with a non-gradient active title bar. This has been achieved with some registry tweaks.

  1. You might just be missing the registry entries for the titlebar text colors!
Note how you have ActiveTitle + InactiveTitle. Then you have GradientActiveTitle, but DON'T have GradientInactiveTitle, which you'd assume would be there. Try importing these from Win 7 or some version maybe!

  2. Just export the registry colors from Windows 7 when loaded the Classic Theme and import it into the Windows PE registry. Then you will have the right colors.
