*DISCLAIMER* When it comes to GPU Mining, remember Silicon Lottery! Results MAY vary from GPU to GPU so your Clocks/Undervolt/Voltage shown in my videos may not work for you because of GPU Brand/Memory/Manufacturing what have you. Temperatures and your Cooling methods will also play the part and have an affect. Test at your OWN RISK and do your OWN RESEARCH.

#MMPOS #HIVEOS #Nvidia
when use dual mining, the hashrate not showing in the rig overview. and remote control not working to me at all.
Thanks
Hello comrades, 5GPUS RTX 2060 SPUER, how many days do they get?
no need change SO, u can do it with HiveOs too 😀
For the memory temp reason, I've used minerstat OS on windows for my NVIDIA rigs and Linux for AMD. AMD on Linux currently shows mem temps. Haven't tried minerstat on Linux for NVIDIA yet but pretty sure it doesn't support mem temps. One of the best cards with a thermal pad mod has been my MSI VENTUS 3080. Mem temps are at a solid 80-82C, 100.5 Mh/s at 231 watts.
@Red Panda Mining : did you already found the other percs for Octominer in mmpOS ?
Hopefully this gets rolled out across the OS's. Makes me feel good about using Windows based systems, as I have known my VRAM temps for a long time. Your temps definitely scare me that you have been running that hot for a long time.
Panpan, could you go into a little more depth with the PO State? I have been playing around with it after watching this and found it works great on my 3070 Ventus, 3070 TI Ventus & 3070 Suprem cards (+2MH) but my 3090 Suprim cards actually reduce hash rate by about 4MH… Hive mentions this functionality shouldn't be used on gaming grade cards???
RPM try Gelid Ultimate pads, they are super gooey and make great coverage, I slightly over sized and got my 3090 Supreme down by 20C
Always good to hear your thoughtful and logical analysis. Do yourself and family a favor and stop stressing the day to day headlines, trade a small percentage of your portfolio rather than going in and out every week trying to time the market, trading went smooth for me, thanks to Mark Kristofer for his amazing skills for helping me to earn 7 Btc from 2 Btc in weeks through trading chart.
How do you get the “wake up on lan” command in hiveos?
What is the ASIC temp?
Just ganna throw this out there you can just put a heat sink on the back plate of 3080-3090s and it'll reduce mem temps, so if you get too lazy or just want to save time and not open the card to replace pads it works pretty good.
Adding the smallest drop of thermal paste on top of the memory modules before you put the pad on top will make your temps amazing. Adding a line on the other side towards the heat sink makes it better but transfers some heat to the core
Has anyone been able to get 3060V1 working at 50MH/s on Hive?
so what you can do with this? This is what it is .
Hi, GPUs are better in vertical position for the temperatures?
What thermal pads would you guys recommend for 3090 Fe ? And have any video to use as guide ?
@red panda mining when u gona upload a video about flux nodes with a good explaination of how to make one and income
do you think having access to this is a result of the Nvidia hack?
Your getting highet hash on the dashboard, but what about in the miner?
I don’t think these octominer cases are very good! I want to see your 3090 strix temps. I believe it’s at 110c also!
I guess me talking smack on nvidia developer forums about this finally paid off!
Damn!!! Nice I just turned to hiveos and this was my only real complaint, wonder when they will make it part of the hiveos!
yeah hive os is slacking big time in terms of mem temp. i will switch to mmpos
Suggest me some good thermal pads
Finally! Was the only reason I was holding onto windows. API server for MMPOS is a tad slow from my location causing long delays in settings changes, so I'd prefer HiveOS. Hopefully soon.
I messed with MMPOS I still prefer hive, due to the fan control and I had some issues getting ssh to work. I feel like MMPOS needs a bit more advanced knowledge of configuration, for example maybe I missed it, I couldn't control my fan speed per GPU so I had to go into my miner config and apply it to the command line arguments for t-rex, again not a HUGE deal. Just feel like hiveOS has the simplicity down overall, API issues aside.
Just my opinion.
paste on the cpu, pads on the memory
HiveOS users all migrating to mmpos
Yes, move all your rigs to MMPOS! Being able to see memory temps is what we NEED!
OMG temps on my MSI 3080s are outrageous. Thanks a million rpm!
Your hash rate is lower in hiveos because they skim some hash rate.
When i went to the mmpos website, Malwarebytes popped up and said it was RiskWare
There is an easy way to get the mem temps… pull the clitool executable out of the mmpos image, then copy your config file from mmpos ( the one you generate from their website) and scp those files on to your hiveOS rig. Then you can via cmd line run clitool and get your memory temps.
Let me know if you or anyone needs help with this.
Also Try out MSOS again – Very great UI and best featureset of most of the Softwares. We have a lot of rigs running there and Discord support is within seconds and always on point. Mem Temps coming too 😉
Hive OS if free. So not going to move and pay. But interesting review.
I use Thermal Putty TG-PP10 (from DigiKey) on my 3090 instead of pads, it may be expensive but is fuss free for size & poor die contact.
On my watercooled 3090, i get max 60C on the mem junction. (it was in the 70's before the putting in the watercooling block).
Been using it since june, no sign of degradation as of now.
i have tried mmpos after watching your video thank you Red Panda but i think HiveOs is more better, more flexible also more better dashboard, phone application .. we just need to wait some update for HiveOs
