The commands:
cd Downloads
ls
chmod +x bitnami-wordpress-5.4-1-linux-x64-installer.run && ./bitnami-wordpress-5.4-1-linux-x64-installer.run

if the chmod failed because of the permissions, the installer is not executable and cannot be started. Please execute:

sudo chmod +x bitnami-wordpress-5.4-1-linux-x64-installer.run sudo ./bitnami-wordpress-5.4-1-linux-x64-installer.run

To login to wordpress: 127.0.0.1/wordpress/wp-admin/
