Bypass Windows 11 for Old PC with Rufus 3.18
Rufus 3.18 can create bootable Windows 11 media and easily bypass TPM 2.0 or TPM itself.
Starting Rufus:
1. Download and run Rufus 3.18 beta
2. Windows 11 ISO File
3. Insert USB device
4. Enter the Windows 11 ISO which will be bootable
5. Select the Windows 11 Standard Installation (TPM 2.0 + Secure Boot) option if it has a TPM included in the configuration or select the second option on devices that do not have a TPM.
