Here is a video showing all the Windows 10 and 11 shutdown screens used. Interestingly enough there are two different shutdown screens, one when you’re logged in, and another one when you’re at the login screen!

Win10 The letters are thin, and the loading anination is at the left side on, text and more classic.
Win11 The letters are thick, and everything is now in the center and more modern.

Windows 10 + 11 are weird. Windows 8.x and older version always performed a shut down in the proper way actually.
